Could be a few things
Blade not sharp correctly
Guides not set proper
Blade slightly out of line with intended cut because of guides

Just rebuilt a homemade bandsaw, and are currently having problems with the cut wavering. more so upwards. the blade is a tungsten tipped inch and a half with 2tpi. could this be due to band tension or poor quality guide feet? or any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
