If you have purchased a download from us then an automatic E-mail will be sent to you with download instructions, if you do not recieve this E-mail then it has been tagged as spam by your internet service provider, if you are able to please check your spam folder for our E-mail otherwise contact us and we will re send the log in info.
CD and merchandise:
If you have purchased a CD or plans on paper please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery, we ship by canada post regular mail usually within a day or two of the day the order was placed, if you would like special shipping service please contact us before you order and we will quote shipping cost on the item.
Replacemant policy:
We will replace defective CD's at no cost to you if they arrive damaged or do not arrive at all.
